Reaching out with the message of Salvation in Christ Jesus, and sharing His love with our community has been the mission ever since our first services in 1990. It is Christ's love that we invite you to share when you visit with us at Faith Lutheran Church.
Our Pastor always stands ready to assist members of our community, in finding a church home or in dealing with the needs of life in the 21st century. He may be contacted by calling the church office between 9 and noon, Monday through Friday at 352 527-3325.
The Congregation was founded in 1990 by a small group of Christians in Citrus County, Florida. Their goal was to share Jesus Christ with the people living on the West side of our County. First meeting in a funeral home in Homosassa, the congregation was able to build their first church building in 1993. Since that date in 1993, the congregation has been blessed with many new members, and in 2002, it was decided that we needed to build additional facilities.
In January of 2004, ground was broken for a new sanctuary and office complex for our growing congregation. The new facilities were completed in early 2005.
